Wordless Wednesday: He Shall Not Hate

Physician and author Dr Izzeldin, who lost daughters during an attack on Gaza, spoke here in Doha last night.
His message was passionate and powerful: he vows not to hate, only to keep on fighting for the Palestinian cause in order to honor the memory of his daughters.
“Don’t lose hope, but hope requires faith,” he tells the reporter from Qatar’ Al Raya newspaper.
Mohana has a PhD from the University of Florida with a focus on gender and postcolonial theory. She is the creator and co-editor of five books in the Qatar Narratives series, as well as the Qatari Voices anthology which features essays by Qataris on modern life in Doha (Bloomsbury Qatar Foundation Publishing, 2010).
